Well, the teachers tried really hard to eat less crisps and chocolate. We tried eating lots more vegetables and fruit and we all thought about which part of the balanced plate our meals were from. Mrs Griffiths noticed she didn't each much fish! Did you find out anything interesting about the food you eat?
This week we are thinking about the importance of exercise to help us keep healthy. Let's hope the weather is nice this week so we can all complete some exercise outdoors.
