Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £25,614 - £26,427 (pro rata)                     Actual Salary: £9,645-£9,951 (per annum)

The post is 16.25 hours per week

Monday - Friday 12.15pm-3.30pm (term time only)

This is a fixed term post and will end on 31 August 2027

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Is able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of children with complex needs, such as social, emotional and mental health.
• Is able to respond directly to our children’s needs and provide them with the relevant and timely support, especially with nurture.
• Is passionate about raising standards and is committed to our pupils.
• Is able to challenge and motivate all of our pupils to achieve their very best.
• Is enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Is able to work independently ad also plan co-operatively with colleagues.
• Has exemplary organisational and communication skills.

 NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is essential together with English and Maths GCSE grade C or above.
