New Uniform Order Form

Dear Parents

 

School Uniform

 

As you are aware the school is now operating a cashless system and as of Monday 16 September uniform will be added to the system therefore cash and cheques will no longer be accepted.

 

Please find below the new procedure for ordering school uniform:

 

Option 1

 

  • Complete the attached order form (additional order forms are available from the school office).
  • Make your payment via ParentPay/PayPoint.
  • Send your completed order form to the school office in a sealed envelope marked ‘Uniform Order’.

 

Option 2

 

 

Orders will then be processed on a weekly basis. All orders received by 9am on Thursday morning will be available for collection on Friday between 8.30 and 4pm.
